About

Meet the person who’ll actually show up.

Hi, my name is Christian Tyler, owner of Ty-Tech Assist. I’ve been interested in technology from a young age, and that interest grew into a real passion — first one-off calls from friends and family, then working for a local school district, and today for a tech support company. Having lived in Wyandotte my whole life, Downriver is home, and I’d rather put the skills I’ve built over the years to work for my own community.

The reason for Ty-Tech is simple: help people get the information and service they actually asked and paid for. That’s it. No upselling, no surprise costs, no subscriptions.

Time and time again I hear, “My internet provider said I needed to upgrade my service to fix all my issues — and it didn’t help.” Why not have someone take a look before you hand your money to a big company that’ll gladly take it, whether your problem gets solved or not?

Too many tech people treat customers like an inconvenience, or like the next stop on the route. Ty-Tech is built around looking out for the little guy. Whether it’s a computer, a phone, a printer, or whatever’s giving you grief, I’ll personally troubleshoot it, evaluate it, and explain what’s actually going on — in plain English.

Slow computer, a smart device acting up, a phone that won’t pull in new email? Whatever the issue, at your home or your business, give me a call. I’ll figure out what’s wrong and tell you straight — no headaches, no runaround.
